Languages

Visual Basic is a programming language built on the Microsoft .NET Framework.

Java is a platform-independent programming language. Applications written in Java can be used on all platforms.

C# is a programming language developed by software manufacturer Microsoft as part of its .NET strategy. .NET was designed from the beginning to allow programmers to work in different programming languages.

C# and Java are very similar. However, compared to C++, both are no longer as prone to programming errors as C++. It is easier to program with C# and software solutions are achievable in less time.
