Your tasks:
- Exciting projects with a lot of variety
- You organize and conduct meetings along the scrum process
- You remove obstacles on team level and foster an environment for a productive team
- You lead your team - without direct authority - with focus on self-organization and collaboration for continuous development
- You support the Product Owner in creating, maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog,
- participate in increment planning activities and ensure execution according to plan.
Your profile:
- University/technical college degree, training or similar qualifications.
- Gladly also non-specialized such as mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, biology, etc.
- Preferably 2 years of professional experience as Scrum Master;
- Alternatively, at least 2 years of professional experience in agile project or product environment.
- Proven skills in agile work environment (Scrum), ideally with relevant certifications
- Knowledge of the use of Jira and Confluence and the ability to
- Independently design and moderate appointment formats (Scrum meetings & workshops)
