Collaboration: How We Work with You

Every software project is different – but at Cadida, the way there follows clear steps. Here you can see how a project with Cadida runs, which forms of collaboration we offer and how we handle confidentiality and rights.

How a Project Runs

  1. Consulting and requirements: You describe your initial situation and your goals, in a requirements specification if you wish. We provide advice on technology and approach without obligation.
  2. Functional specification and planning: We draw up the functional specification, plan the software architecture and, if required, use prototypes to show what the solution could look like.
  3. Agile development: We develop in short iterations with Scrum. You regularly see the current status and can help steer the project from an early stage.
  4. Quality assurance: Automated tests and checks accompany development from the very beginning.
  5. Acceptance: In acceptance tests, we demonstrate the agreed functions; we record the result together in an acceptance report.
  6. Handover and introduction: We install the software in your environment and introduce your staff to it, with a training course if you wish.
  7. Support and maintenance: We are there for you after the project, too – with support and maintenance contracts.

Project Based on the Functional Specification

Scope, functions and deadlines are defined in the functional specification. This is the right choice when the goal can be clearly described.

Time and Materials Billing

You pay for the actual time spent at agreed daily rates. This is the right choice when requirements evolve during the project.
