GIS-CAD is part of our own product range. It can be used to open and edit CAD plans and to determine geodata for every single object.
Our customer, itself a software business, was looking for expertise in CAD and GIS. We extended our GIS system for them. It allows drawings to be georeferenced easily and could be connected to the customer's main system.
Numerous interactions between the two software systems were implemented. Both the user interface and the external control of the GIS system were specially adapted to the customer's wishes. This makes it possible to navigate to every single object in the drawing and manipulate it.
