This week, the whole team elected an employee representative. This innovation came about at the suggestion of the management. It gives the team greater influence on how cooperation within the company is shaped.
Our teams are used to working in an agile and self-organised way. Nevertheless, this small tool gives us a further creative space to contribute “non-technical” ideas, communicate even more efficiently and implement improvements. Of course, we were delighted about it, and the ideas came pouring out! The first suggestions have already been formulated and submitted. We are curious to see the results.
