Cadida Software GmbH focuses on graphics, CAD, simulation and image processing. We offer both software services and our own products in these areas.

We provide our customers with experienced interdisciplinary teams. The teams offer a broad range of knowledge, both in software and in physics, bioinformatics, mathematics, molecular biology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and more. This combined expertise, coupled with many years of experience and an open, agile way of working, enables us to cover a wide range of industries.

A pleasant working day is very important to us. We offer our employees an individual working model: for example flexitime or part-time work and the option of sabbaticals (additional leave from saved-up time for those who love to travel), a very good working atmosphere and plenty of room for creativity, self-determination and self-fulfilment.

We hold regular training courses mainly in-house, or enable our employees to gain further insights beyond their own field at conferences or trade fairs.

There is no leave freeze during the probationary period, so that you have personal freedom even during the induction phase.

At the suggestion of the management, an employee representative was elected. Through regular dialogue and an exchange of ideas, we want to strengthen our team spirit and further improve the quality of our collaboration.

Premises

We mainly have quiet, bright offices for two or three people. Our employees furnish the offices themselves as they wish. For the health of our employees, we have exclusively ergonomic, electrically height-adjustable desks.
