Civil 3D is the AutoCAD for roads, railways, sewers and terrain. Whatever Civil 3D cannot do out of the box, we program for you. In C#, with the .NET API, as an add-in that feels like part of Civil 3D.
What Civil 3D add-ins do for you
- Importing alignments and track alignments from third-party formats, for example from LandXML
- Analysing alignments, stations and offsets and outputting them as a list
- Checking designs against your rules and standards
- Completing recurring design steps at the push of a button
- Exchanging data with databases and other programs
Our experience
For a railway engineering company, we trained users and developers in Civil 3D and its API, as the basis for their own track module. We ported an add-on for AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil that had grown over twelve years from ObjectARX to .NET. And we know the AutoCAD .NET API so well that Ebi F. Eilber is writing a specialist book about it. It is expected to be published in 2027.
How to get started
It starts with a conversation about your task. You then receive a quote. If you first want to know whether the add-in will pay off, start with a fixed-price starter package.
