HIRAC: Transferring Movements to New Robots

Two different robots holding hands

Companies are usually dependent on a particular type of gripper arm or on one manufacturer.

Retrofitting later is difficult, as the software solutions are tailored to this one system. Developing new movement sequences also means additional time and effort.

Our research project HIRAC aims to simplify the transfer of movement sequences to a new robot.

In order to use our software, which we are developing as part of a research project, in the social sector, the gripping movements must also work with different sensors, cameras and robot arms.

Here you will find all articles about our research project.
