Over the past month, Cadida has been active in the Freiburg region alongside its day-to-day business. We quickly and unbureaucratically advised doctors and therapists and supported and trained them in setting up online consultations. In March, we offered this service free of charge.
The high data security requirements had to be observed: according to the KVBW (Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Baden-Württemberg), only a few products are suitable and a special certification is mandatory. You can find further information here.
In addition, a generous donation from Cadida equipped an advice centre in Freiburg with desks, computers and monitors. Among other things, this advice centre helps people in Baden-Württemberg by answering their questions about the coronavirus.
The move to digitalisation is just as important for medical practices as it is for many other areas of the economy, where digitalisation has increasingly gained in importance.
