Task
An HR software provider wanted to extend its product with a process organisation module. Companies are to use it to describe their processes, assign roles and see how well their employees master the workflows.
Solution
In a first phase, we analysed the requirements, designed the data model and wrote a report on data protection and data security. The module includes:
- a process library with a detailed view of each process,
- the degree of fulfilment per person, recorded simply or by self-assessment and assessment by others,
- process map and activity matrix in several views, combinable with the competence matrix,
- staff development measures, planned directly from the matrix.
